In accordance with the Ontario Government’s mandatory closure of all non-essential workplaces on March 23, 2020, Contact North | Contact Nord closed all online learning centres, the Sudbury Operations Centre and the Thunder Bay Operations Centre until further notice.
Our services continue to be available by phone and online:

- Attend Your Class via Adobe Connect from Your Home Computer
If your class is offered via the Adobe Connect web conferencing, you can access the platform from your home computer.

- Appointments With Staff Either by Phone or Zoom
Appointments with staff at an online learning centre are available either via phone or Zoom web conferencing. Our staff is available to help with information on available online programs and courses, financial aid options, information on referrals and other support services
- Contact Your Institution for Direction on Exam Invigilation
If you are scheduled to write an exam at one of our online learning centres or an operations centre, please contact your institution to advise them we are unable to support you and request direction.
- No Access Available to Computers at Online Learning Centres
If you booked a computer to do coursework at an online learning centre, we are unable to accommodate you at this time.
Our operations centres and online learning centres will re-open based on the Government of Ontario’s direction.
