Education & training

Coalition ontarienne de formation des adultes (COFA) 
COFA is a non-profit organization whose role it is to promote adult education in French in Ontario.

French Language Education in Ontario (FLE) 
This resource lets you search for French educational providers in Ontario.

Eurêka
This is a French language tutoring service to help students in French language schools from grades 1 to 12 with their homework.

The Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities
This site offers a search tool to find Francophone services in your area.

The Ontario Educational Resource Bank (OERB) 
The OERB has several online resources to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

TFO Education 
A French education TV website with many different online educational tools and resources.

La Relève 
A newsletter for Canadian Francophone students.

Funding & financial assistance

Franco-Ontarian Foundation
This site offers access to many bursaries related to French education.

The Baxter et Alma Ricard Foundation
This foundation offers 25 bursaries valued at $2,000 each.  Recipients are full-time students entering any year of any specialized undergraduate program, on the basis of financial need and Ontario residency as defined by OSAP. Preference is given to Francophones from Northern Ontario.

The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) 
OSAP helps Ontario students pay for their education.

The Association French Expression Lawyers of Ontario (AJEFO)
AJEFO gives two grants to students in order to support them to continue their French studies in the field of justice.

The Donatien-Frémont Foundation
This foundation supports the French-speaking communities of Canada by offering more than $26,000 each year to Francophones studying communication, journalism or graphic arts.

Torchia Scholarship in Public Relations
This scholarship is awarded each year to the student who best shows the spirit and practice of being bilingual in the Canadian communications and public relations profession.

Five-Week French-Language Bursary Program

This is a not-for-profit organization that supports and encourages Canadian students who want to be bilingual.

Ministry of Francophone Affairs
The Ministry offers a search tool to find Francophone services in your region.

Jeunesse Canada au travail (JCT) 
JCT offers students and recent graduates a chance to test their skills, to establish their career, to gain money for their studies and to improve your chance at a better job.
